Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together all wet ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped nuts and dried fruit.
Baking
- Spread the mixture evenly in the greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Cut into bars and serve.
