Ingredients
  

Watermelon Sorbet Base
  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed Seedless watermelon is preferred.
  • 1/4 cup sugar Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.

Method
 

Prepare the Watermelon
  1. Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove any seeds.
Blend the Ingredients
  1. In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes, sugar, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
Chill the Mixture
  1. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill.
Churn the Sorbet
  1. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
Freeze the Sorbet
  1. Transfer the sorbet to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours to firm up.
Serve
  1. Scoop the sorbet into bowls and serve immediately.
