Prepare the Filling
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked ground beef, mozzarella cheese, black beans, corn, and taco seasoning. Mix well.
Assemble the Bites
- Lay out wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each wrapper.
- Brush the edges of the wrappers with beaten egg. Fold the wrappers over the filling to create a triangle and seal the edges tightly.
Fry the Bites
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the bites in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
Serve
- Serve warm with sour cream on the side for dipping.
