Ingredients
  

Sandwich Base
  • 8 slices white bread crusts removed
Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup strawberries mashed
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mashed strawberries, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Assemble the Sandwiches
  1. Spread a generous amount of the strawberry cream cheese mixture onto one slice of bread. Top with another slice of bread and gently press down.
  2. Use a cookie cutter to cut the sandwiches into desired shapes. Repeat with remaining bread and filling.
Serve
  1. Arrange the sandwiches on a platter and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
