Prepare the Cookie Dough

Bake the Cookies

- Use a shamrock-shaped cookie cutter to cut out cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

- Allow the cookies to cool completely on a wire rack.
Decorate the Cookies
- In a bowl, mix together the powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and green food coloring until smooth.
- Use a piping bag or a knife to spread the icing on the cooled cookies.
- Let the icing set before serving.
