  • 10 ounces fresh spinach washed and trimmed
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper to taste

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and toss to coat with the oil and garlic.
  4. Sauté the spinach for 2-3 minutes until wilted, stirring occasionally.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste before serving.
