Prepare the Salmon Patties
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
Cook the Patties
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the salmon patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
- If using cheese, add a slice on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
Assemble the Burgers
- To assemble, place a salmon patty on each toasted bun and top with lettuce, tomato, and tartar sauce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
