Ingredients
  

Bagel
  • 4 pieces Bagels Halved and toasted
Toppings
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 8 oz Smoked salmon Thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Capers Rinsed
  • 1/4 cup Fresh dill Chopped
  • 1 medium Red onion Thinly sliced
  • 1 medium Lemon Cut into wedges for serving

Method
 

Assemble the Bagels
  1. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on each half of the toasted bagels.
  2. Layer the smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.
  3. Add a few capers and a sprinkle of chopped dill on top of the salmon.
  4. Top with slices of red onion.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
