Prepare the Ribs
- Preheat the grill to medium heat (about 300°F).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor and tenderness.

- Rub the dry mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
Cook the Ribs
- Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on the grill.
- Cook for 2.5 to 3 hours, maintaining a consistent temperature.
- After cooking, remove the ribs from the foil and brush with barbecue sauce.
- Return the ribs to the grill and cook for an additional 30 minutes, basting with more sauce every 10 minutes.
Serve
- Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with additional barbecue sauce on the side.
