Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 4 medium nectarines pitted and sliced
Crumble Topping
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup pistachios chopped
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Prepare the Nectarines
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the nectarines in half, remove the pits, and cut them into wedges.
  3. Place the sliced nectarines in a baking dish.
Make the Crumble Topping
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped pistachios, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Pour in the melted butter and mix until crumbly.
Assemble and Bake
  1. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the nectarines.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
  3. Let cool slightly before serving.
