Fruits
  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and halved
  • 1 cup pineapple cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup grapes seedless
  • 1 cup kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup melon cut into bite-sized pieces
Optional Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon honey for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice for added flavor

Method
 

Assembling Kabobs
  1. Thread the strawberries, pineapple, grapes, kiwi, and melon onto the skewers in any order you prefer.
  2. Repeat until all the fruit is used up.
Serving
  1. Drizzle with honey and lime juice if desired before serving.
  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
