Ingredients
  

Matcha Mixture
  • 4 teaspoons matcha green tea powder high quality
  • 4 tablespoons hot water not boiling
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup to taste
Milk
  • 4 cups milk of choice dairy or non-dairy

Method
 

Prepare Matcha
  1. In a bowl, whisk together matcha powder and hot water until smooth and frothy.
Combine Ingredients
  1. In a separate saucepan, heat the milk until warm but not boiling.
  2. Add honey or maple syrup to the warm milk and stir until dissolved.
  3. Pour the matcha mixture into the milk and stir gently to combine.
Froth and Serve
  1. Use a milk frother to froth the latte to your desired consistency.
  2. Pour into cups and serve immediately.
