Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup plain yogurt can use Greek yogurt for a thicker consistency
  • 1/2 cup milk adjust for desired consistency
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom optional
  • 1 cup ice cubes optional for a chilled drink

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, yogurt, milk, honey (or sugar), and ground cardamom.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until frosty.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
