  • 2 cups ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup plain yogurt can use Greek yogurt for a thicker texture
  • 1/2 cup milk adjust for desired consistency
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom optional for flavor
  • ice cubes as needed for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, yogurt, milk, honey (or sugar), and ground cardamom.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness if necessary.
  3. Add ice cubes and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
