Prepare the Cookie Dough

Bake the Cookies
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Prepare the Lemon Glaze
- In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, limoncello, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cookies.
