Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 4 cups Water Filtered or bottled
  • 1/2 cup Fresh lemon juice About 2-3 lemons
  • 1/2 cup Fresh lime juice About 3-4 limes
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt Sea salt or table salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda Optional, for fizz

Method
 

Mixing the Drink
  1. In a pitcher, combine the water, lemon juice, lime juice, sugar, and salt.
  2. Whisk the mixture until the sugar and salt are fully dissolved.
  3. If using, add the baking soda and stir gently to combine.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity as desired.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve over ice and enjoy!
