Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest fresh
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Thyme
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Marinate the Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
Grill the Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  3. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
