Prepare the Lamb Filling
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add ground lamb, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the lamb is browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
Assemble the Wraps
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread a layer of sour cream in the center.
- Add a portion of the cooked lamb, followed by lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to form a wrap.
Cook the Wraps
- Return the wraps to the skillet seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
