Ingredients
  

Lamb Filling
  • 1 lb ground lamb preferably lean
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking
Wrap Assembly
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice

Method
 

Prepare the Lamb Filling
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  2. Add ground lamb, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the lamb is browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
Assemble the Wraps
  1. Lay a tortilla flat and spread a layer of sour cream in the center.
  2. Add a portion of the cooked lamb, followed by lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
  3. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to form a wrap.
Cook the Wraps
  1. Return the wraps to the skillet seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  2. Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
