Prepare the Sauce
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
- Gradually whisk in the milk, continuing to stir until the mixture thickens.
- Add the Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and cheese is melted.
Assemble the Sliders
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the turkey, ham, and bacon bits on the buns, then top with the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Pour the cheese sauce evenly over the assembled sliders.
- Cover with the top halves of the buns and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Serve
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
