Ingredients
  

For the Sliders
  • 12 pieces slider buns
  • 1 cup sliced turkey
  • 1 cup sliced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
For the Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
  2. Gradually whisk in the milk, continuing to stir until the mixture thickens.
  3. Add the Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and cheese is melted.
Assemble the Sliders
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the turkey, ham, and bacon bits on the buns, then top with the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  4. Pour the cheese sauce evenly over the assembled sliders.
  5. Cover with the top halves of the buns and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
