Ingredients
  

Onions
  • 4 medium Yellow Onions Peeled and quartered
Honey Mixture
  • 1/4 cup Honey Preferably local
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground

Method
 

Prepare the Onions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the quartered onions to the bowl and toss until well coated.
Roast the Onions
  1. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Spread the coated onions in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the onions are tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  2. Enjoy as a side dish or topping for meats and salads.
