Ingredients
  

For the Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon skin-on or skinless
For the Honey Glaze
  • 1/4 cup honey preferably raw
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Prepare the Honey Glaze
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, grated ginger, olive oil, and black pepper until well combined.
Prepare the Salmon
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the honey glaze over the top, ensuring each fillet is well coated.
Bake the Salmon
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Drizzle any remaining glaze from the baking dish over the salmon.
