Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 1 lb Ground beef or ground turkey
Vegetables
  • 2 cups Mixed vegetables such as bell peppers, carrots, and zucchini
  • 1 medium Onion diced
Seasonings
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper to taste
Other
  • 4 sheets Aluminum foil for wrapping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, mixed vegetables, diced onion, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
Assembly
  1. Cut four large sheets of aluminum foil, about 12 inches long.
  2. Divide the meat and vegetable mixture evenly among the foil sheets.
  3. Fold the foil over the mixture and crimp the edges to seal tightly.
Cooking
  1. Place the foil packets on the grill or in the oven.
  2. Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  3. Carefully open the packets and serve hot.
