Ingredients
  

Meat and Vegetables
  • 1 pound ground beef 80/20 blend for best flavor
  • 8 ounces mushrooms sliced
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 medium bell pepper diced
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
Liquid
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Method
 

Cooking the Beef and Vegetables
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook for an additional 5 minutes until they are soft.
  4. Season the mixture with salt, black pepper, oregano, and paprika.
  5. Pour in the beef broth and soy sauce, stirring to combine. Let simmer for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
