  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup bell pepper diced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for cooking

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and bell pepper, sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
  5. Add diced sweet potatoes, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  6. Cover the skillet and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sweet potatoes are tender.
