Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts grilled and sliced
Wraps
  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
Vegetables
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup red bell pepper sliced
Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt for dressing
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Make the Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.
Assemble the Wraps
  1. Lay a tortilla flat and spread a generous amount of the sauce over it.
  2. Add a portion of sliced grilled chicken, followed by the chopped romaine, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red bell pepper.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go. Cut in half and serve.
