Prepare the Chicken
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Make the Sauce
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.
Assemble the Wraps
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread a generous amount of the sauce over it.
- Add a portion of sliced grilled chicken, followed by the chopped romaine, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red bell pepper.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go. Cut in half and serve.
