Ingredients
  

Dough Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for added flavor
Topping Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds optional
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme, optional

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
Shape and Bake
  1. Roll the dough out to about 1/2 inch thick and cut into desired shapes (round or square).
  2. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Sprinkle sesame seeds and herbs on top if using.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
