Prepare the Dough
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Add the Greek yogurt and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Shape and Bake
- Roll the dough out to about 1/2 inch thick and cut into desired shapes (round or square).
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and herbs on top if using.
