  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk Whole or 2%
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar Optional
Bread
  • 8 slices Brioche or Challah Bread Cut into bite-sized cubes
Cooking
  • 2 tablespoons Butter For frying
  • 1 cup Maple Syrup For serving

Prepare the Batter
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and sugar until well combined.
Coat the Bread
  1. Dip the bread cubes into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
Cook the Bites
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter. Once melted, add the coated bread cubes in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve
  1. Remove from skillet and serve warm with maple syrup.
