Ingredients
  

Dip Base
  • 8 oz feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, and black pepper.
  2. Use a food processor to blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and drizzle with additional olive oil if desired.
  5. Serve with fresh vegetables, pita bread, or crackers.
