Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and oats.
- In another bowl, mix the peanut butter, honey, egg, and water until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until well combined.
Baking
- Grease the donut pan with a little oil.
- Spoon the mixture into the donut pan, filling each mold about 3/4 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before removing from the pan.
