Prepare the Mixture
- In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, bread crumbs, beaten egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until combined.
Form the Cakes
- Shape the mixture into 8 equal patties, about 1 inch thick. Place them on a baking sheet.
Cook the Crab Cakes
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add crab cakes and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve
- Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
