Ingredients
  

Taco Filling
  • 2 cups shredded corned beef cooked
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage for topping
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes for topping
  • 1/2 cup sour cream for topping
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice for flavor
  • 1 teaspoon cumin for seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder for seasoning
Taco Shells
  • 8 pieces soft or hard taco shells

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, combine shredded corned beef, cumin, and chili powder. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice.
Assemble the Tacos
  1. Warm taco shells in the oven or microwave as per package instructions.
  2. Fill each taco shell with the corned beef mixture.
  3. Top with shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
