Corned Beef Sliders

Ingredients
  

For the Sliders
  • 1 lb corned beef, sliced preferably deli-style
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 12 mini slider buns or dinner rolls
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard or to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter for toasting buns
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Method
 

Prepare the Sliders
  1. Preheat the skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread mustard on the inside of each slider bun.
  3. Layer corned beef and Swiss cheese on the bottom half of each bun.
  4. Drizzle Worcestershire sauce over the cheese.
  5. Top with the other half of the bun.
Cook the Sliders
  1. Melt butter in the skillet.
  2. Place the assembled sliders in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Carefully flip the sliders and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  4. Remove from skillet and serve warm.
