Ingredients
  

Sliders
  • 12 oz corned beef thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese or cheese of choice
  • 1 cup sauerkraut drained
  • 8 slider buns slider buns preferably potato or brioche
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Method
 

Prepare the Sliders
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, warm the corned beef until heated through.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spread Dijon mustard on the bottom halves of the buns.
  5. Layer the warmed corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on top of the buns.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
  7. Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter.
  8. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
  10. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
