Ingredients
  

Casserole Base
  • 2 cups corned beef, chopped cooked
  • 4 cups potatoes, diced peeled
  • 1 cup onion, chopped optional
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded for topping
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Add the chopped corned beef, diced potatoes, and chopped onion to the mixture and stir until well combined.
Baking
  1. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
  2. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove the foil, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving
