Method
Prepare the Strawberries
- Wash the strawberries under cold water and dry them thoroughly with paper towels.
Melt the Chocolate
- In a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together, stirring until smooth.
Dip the Strawberries
- Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
Set the Strawberries
- Place the dipped strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them set at room temperature or refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
