Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a blender, combine mayonnaise, chopped chipotle peppers, lime juice, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
