Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

Marinate the Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chipotle peppers, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lime juice.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Grill the Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  3. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
