Ingredients
  

Steak
  • 4 pieces steak (such as flank or sirloin) about 6-8 ounces each
Chimichurri Sauce
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Chimichurri Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped parsley, olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside to let the flavors meld.
Grill the Steak
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
  3. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
Serve
  1. Slice the steak against the grain and serve topped with chimichurri sauce.
