Ingredients
  

Chicken Filling
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Shredded or diced
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper Diced
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
Wraps
  • 4 large Tortillas Flour or whole wheat
Optional Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream For dipping

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, bell pepper, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until combined.
Assemble the Wraps
  1. Lay a tortilla flat on a cutting board. Spoon a portion of the chicken filling onto the center of the tortilla.
  2. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
Cook the Wraps
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
Serve
  1. Remove from skillet, slice into bite-sized pieces, and serve with chopped cilantro and sour cream on the side.

Notes
