Method
Prepare the Filling
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, bell pepper, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until combined.
Assemble the Wraps
- Lay a tortilla flat on a cutting board. Spoon a portion of the chicken filling onto the center of the tortilla.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
Cook the Wraps
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
Serve
- Remove from skillet, slice into bite-sized pieces, and serve with chopped cilantro and sour cream on the side.
