Prepare Chicken Salad

- In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Assemble Cups
- Take a lettuce leaf and spoon a generous amount of chicken salad into the center.
- Repeat with remaining leaves and chicken salad.
