Method
Prepare the Patties
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
Cook the Patties
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- If using cheese, add a slice on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
Assemble the Burgers
- Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Place each patty on a bun and top with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise or your preferred toppings.
