Ingredients
  

Casserole Base
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables peas, carrots, corn
Biscuit Topping
  • 1 can biscuits refrigerated

Method
 

Prepare the Casserole
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, and frozen mixed vegetables.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Add Biscuit Topping
  1. Open the can of biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters.
  2. Arrange the biscuit pieces evenly over the chicken mixture.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
