Liquids
  • 1 cup almond milk or any milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional for sweetness
Extras
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional for added nutrition
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional for flavor

Method
 

Blend Ingredients
  1. Add cherries, banana, almond milk, honey, chia seeds, and vanilla extract to the blender.
