Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 1 head Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots julienned
  • 1 bell pepper Red Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 cup Snow Peas
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger grated
Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar optional
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds toasted
  • 2 scallions Green Onions sliced

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. Wash and shred the cabbage, julienne the carrots, slice the bell pepper, and prepare the snow peas.
  2. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.
Make the Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and sugar (if using).
Stir Fry
  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add a splash of oil.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, and snow peas. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir well to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Serve
  1. Remove from heat, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, and serve hot.
