Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 4 cups cabbage, shredded green or Napa cabbage
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced any color
  • 1 cup snap peas
Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium preferred
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds toasted
  • 2 scallions sliced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare all vegetables by washing and cutting them as indicated.
Cooking
  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, and snap peas to the wok.
  4. Stir-fry the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and toss to coat the vegetables evenly.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced scallions before serving.
