Cooking
- Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, and snap peas to the wok.
- Stir-fry the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and toss to coat the vegetables evenly.
- Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced scallions before serving.
