BLT Egg Sliders Recipe

Ingredients
  

For the Sliders
  • 8 slices bacon cooked until crispy
  • 4 large eggs fried or scrambled
  • 4 slices tomato ripe and sliced
  • 4 leaves romaine lettuce washed and dried
  • 4 small slider buns toasted
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet, fry or scramble the eggs to your liking. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Toast the slider buns until golden brown.
Assemble the Sliders
  1. On the bottom half of each slider bun, layer a piece of lettuce, a slice of tomato, two slices of bacon, and an egg.
  2. Top with the other half of the slider bun and secure with a toothpick if needed.
Serve
  1. Serve immediately while warm, and enjoy your BLT egg sliders!
