Ingredients
  

For the BBQ Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon skinless
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce your favorite brand
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the Bowl
  • 2 cups cooked rice white or brown
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables like bell peppers, corn, and broccoli
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions sliced
  • 1 lime juiced

Method
 

Prepare the Salmon
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with the BBQ mixture on both sides.
Grill the Salmon
  1. Place the salmon on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  2. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
Assemble the Bowls
  1. In serving bowls, add a scoop of cooked rice.
  2. Top with grilled salmon, mixed vegetables, avocado slices, and green onions.
  3. Drizzle with lime juice before serving.
