Cook Pasta
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Make Cheese Sauce

- Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.

Combine Ingredients
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, and cheese sauce. Mix until well combined.
Prepare for Baking
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and olive oil. Sprinkle over the mac and cheese mixture.
Bake
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
