Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade
  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp lime juice
Garnish
  • 2 tbsp green onions sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds toasted

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken pieces with soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, sriracha, garlic, and ginger. Mix well and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
Cook the Skewers
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the chicken skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and slightly charred.
Make the Bang Bang Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth.
Serve
  1. Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the grilled chicken skewers and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy!
