Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped apricots, shredded coconut, oats, almond flour, honey, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
